For authentication the Aquareka App uses a service called Firebase (“Firebase”), a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”).
In addition we are using Firebase to collect data about app use, in particular with regard to system crashes and errors. Information about the device, the installed app version as well as other information that can help us correct errors, in particular with regard to the software and hardware of the user, are used for this purpose. The specific service is called Crashlytics.

We offer you the possibility to register for our service with Facebook Connect. You will be directed to the Facebook page for registration, where you can log in with your user data. Your Facebook profile will be hereby linked to our service. We automatically receive data, such as your user name and profile picture, from Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”) by linking. We do not store this data on our servers. We use locally in the mobile Application. The information submitted to us will be listed in detail when you log in via Facebook for the first time. Your Google profile will be hereby linked to our service. We automatically receive data, such as your user name and email address, from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”) by linking. We store the email address in Firebase for the purpose of registration and authentication at Aquareka. The rest of the data is used locally in the mobile application. The information submitted to us will be listed in detail when you log in via Google for the first time.

In case you are using the iOS version of our app, we offer you the possibility to register for our service with Apple Sign-in. You will see a dialog message from the iOS operating system asking you to confirm the sign in and provide either a real or anonymised email address. We automatically receive the email address from Apple Inc., One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, CA 95014, USA (“Apple”). We store the email address in Firebase for the purpose of registration and authentication at Aquareka.

Our mobile app uses UserVoice Feedback service provided by UserVoice Inc 121 2nd St, Floor 4, San Francisco, CA 94105 as a user feedback platform. If you click on the Feeback button, the app establishes a direct connection to the servers of UserVoice and the data you enter is stored there. We receive a notification by UserVoice that we have received a contact request and answer it via the IT infrastructure of UserVoice.You can review the UserVoice privacy policy at: https://www.uservoice.com/privacy/.
